Packages include 1 deciduous tree, 2 tall conifers, 2 short conifers, 4 deciduous bushes and 6 perennials. Habitat affiliates can order multiple sets for each house.
Cost: $100.00 Currently, these packages are FREE
Delivery: No delivery available. They must be picked up in Jackson at the Parnell Correctional Facility.
Note: Once you have downloaded and filled out the form, you must save the form to your computer AND THEN include it as an attachment in an e-mail to nschafer@habitatmichigan.org. This will serve not only as the affiliate’s copy of the order form, but will ensure that HFHM receives the information you have provided.
