Prison Build Countertops

Prison Build Countertops help to create a sophisticated design that homeowners can be proud of
 

Countertops are available for kitchens, bathrooms, or both. You must attach a kitchen and/or bathroom layout to the order form.

(Currently, only color codes ending in -38 and -60 are available.)


Cost: $225 per house for the kitchen countertop order and $45 for each additional bathroom countertop order

Delivery: At this time, delivery is not available for countertops. Affiliate must make arrangements to pick up the order

Please Note: You must include a kitchen and/or bathroom plan with the countertop order.

Note: Once you have downloaded and filled out the form, you must save the form to your computer AND THEN include it as an attachment in an e-mail to nschafer@habitatmichigan.org. This will serve not only as the affiliate’s copy of the order form, but will ensure that HFHM receives the information you have provided.
