All of our house plans are titled according to the specifications within them. Using the House Plan Key, you should be able to find the plan that best fits your affiliate's needs based on the just the title.

Follow these steps to find your floor plan:
- The dimensions of the house plan are shown first (in feet)
- Width (left to right) X Depth (front to back)
- Next, choose the number of above-ground stories for the house:
- 1-Story (1ST)
- 1 1/2-Stories (1.5ST)
- 2-Stories (2ST)
- Choose the number of bedrooms you need:
- 2 Bedrooms (2BR)
- 3 Bedrooms (3BR)
- 4 Bedrooms (4BR)
- 5 Bedrooms (5BR)
- Choose the number of bathrooms you need:
- 1 Bathroom (1BA)
- 1 1/2 Bathrooms (1.5BA)
- 2 Bathrooms (2BA)
- The plan will either be
- Square shaped (S)
- L-Shaped (L)
- Will the front door (parallel to the road) be located on the
- Wide Side of the house (S)
- Narrow End of the house (E)
- Is there
- Main floor laundry (L)
- Main floor laundry and utilities (furnace and water heater) (U)
- Laundry and utilities located in the basement (B)
- Choose the type of foundation you will be building on:
- Basement (B)
- Crawl Space (C)
- Slab (S)
- From the road, will the driveway be on the:
- Left side of the house (L)
- Right side of the house (R)
